Summer Wreaths in Watercolour
Join me this August for a peaceful morning painting floral summer wreaths in watercolour! During this 2.5 hour workshop, we’ll be capturing the vibrance of summer botanicals by creating our own seasonal watercolour wreath in a loose and expressive style. I’ll guide you every step of the way through demos, hands-on practice and finally, painting your own beautiful wreath. Max 6 guests, so make sure to secure your spot! This workshop will be led in English. What you’ll learn: Practicing botanical shapes - I’ll show you how to get the most out of your brush, from feather light details to juicy washes of colour. You’ll practice painting different flora such as delicate leaves, flower buds and petals in bloom. Colour palette - Learn how to create a beautiful and harmonious summer colour palette and experiment with shimmering metallic watercolours for delicate gold details! Composition, depth and harmony - Explore how to layer botanical elements to create flow and depth using techniques like wet on wet and glazing. I’ll show you how I structure and layer different botanical shapes to create flow and visual harmony. Painting your wreath - With new skills and confidence, you'll paint your own beautiful summer wreath! I'll be there to support you and there will be lots of visual inspiration to guide you. What’s included: All materials are included, plus tea and snacks for us to enjoy while we settle into the flow of watercolour painting. Who it’s for: This workshop is warmly welcome to all levels, whether you’re completely new to watercolours or already love painting with them! What you’ll leave with: Your stunning watercolour wreath painting and practice sheet, to gift to a loved one, frame on your wall or keep as a momento from this summer.

LØBESHOP x LØBERLAB 🏃♀️🥑 Spis rigtigt, løb stærkt - ernæringsstrategier til træning og halvmarathon Hvad skal du egentlig spise før, under og efter din løbetræning? Og hvordan kan du bruge din kost til at få mere energi, bedre restitution og en stærkere oplevelse på løbeturen? Vi inviterer til en aften i samarbejde med Løberlab, hvor vi starter med en 6 km løbetur i pace 5:30-5:45. Efter løbeturen får vi besøg af Ninna Porsmose, ernæringsfysiolog fra Løberlab, som holder et oplæg om ernæring til løbetræning og halvmarathon. Her får du konkrete råd og strategier, som du kan tage med direkte ind i din egen træning. Metta Breathwork Workshop
Workshop Conductors: Janesh Vaidya and Malin Barrling. Host: Linnea Nielsen INTRODUCTION EVENT CONDUCTORS:Malin Barrling is an international Ayurveda Yoga Therapist and breathwork facilitator, originally from Sweden, with over 20 years of experience guiding people into deeper relationship with body, breath, and awareness.Her work weaves yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and Metta-based breath practices into spaces of healing that are both grounded and intuitive. Rather than offering fixed methods, Malin meets each person as they are - designing individual yoga therapy programs that support balance, self-trust and health development.Alongside her therapeutic work, she is educating yoga students to become yoga therapists through a pedagogic approach that blends lived experience, embodied understanding, and quiet inquiry. With a teaching degree from Uppsala University and many years of clinical experience, she is one of three head teachers at the AYTT (Ayurveda Yoga Therapy Training) in India. Malin Barrling is the author and translator of several books on yoga and Ayurveda. Janesh Vaidya, the founder of Vaidya’s Ayurveda Village in Kerala, India, is an internationally recognised Ayurveda practitioner, inspirational lecturer and the author of eight most read health books in nine languages including United States, Europe and India. Born in a traditional family in South India Janesh Vaidya began his education in ayurveda in the early years of his life with his grandmother, a well respected ayurveda practitioner and poison therapist in the village, and extended his knowledge in the subject of Mana-shastra (psychology), Vedanta (philosophy), Dhyana (meditation), Kalari marma chikitsa (Kerala martial art therapy) and Yoga chikitsa (yoga therapy) from traditional schools in South Indian villages known as gurukulam.Based on his traditional knowledge and the experience in working as an Ayurveda practitioner around the world for more than two decades. Janesh Vaidya has been traveling in Europe and United States as an ambassador of Ayurveda, sharing his ancestors’ wisdom through lectures, columns and books. Elkjær og Toft
En aften med Preben Elkjær og Flemming Toft Du kan godt begynde at glæde dig til en aften fyldt med gode minder, stærke historier og masser af fodboldnostalgi, når Preben Elkjær og Flemming Toft indtager scenen. De to herrer repræsenterer på hver deres måde noget af det ypperste fra dansk fodbolds internationale guldalder – både på banen og på sidelinjen. Så der er lagt op til en aften med fortællinger fra de store kampe, de største øjeblikke og et liv tæt på fodbolden. Og hvem ved – hvis vi er heldige, falder der måske også et par gode anekdoter af fra de lokale miljøer på Frederiksberg og i Vanløse. Kom med til en underholdende aften i selskab med to af dansk fodbolds mest markante personligheder. Du går med garanti hjem med et smil på læben – og som en sikker vinder. Dørene åbner kl. 17.30 og der vil være adgang til tapas for de publikummer som har købt adgang til buffeten.

ARTiculate Artist Sharing
Sharing & artistic excerpts from ARTiculate participants ARTiculate Nordic and Baltic Circus Arts har til formål at identificere, sætte ord på, og styrke den kunstneriske viden, der udspringer af forskellig praksis inden for samtidscirkus i Norden og Baltikum. Som en del af projektet er artisterne Jakob Jacobsson og Anna Ting Nissen Bech på DYNAMO i en uge, hvor de indgår i en kunstnerisk peer-to-peer-udveksling. Som afslutning på ugen inviterer de publikum ind i deres proces og deler refleksioner og opdagelser fra udvekslingen, samt uddrag fra deres respektive kunstneriske praksisser. Kom med til en offentlig sharing og samtale med artisterne, hvor vi åbner for en dialog om kunstnerisk praksis, viden og udveksling inden for nordisk samtidscirkus.

BIG BANG er en international familiefestival med fokus på musik og lyd i en mangfoldighed af formater. Igen i år fylder vi Amagers Musiktorv og husene omkring med fantastiske musikforestillinger, skøre installationer, lydeksperimenter, vidunderlige koncerter, workshops, kreativt værksted og ægte festivalhygge! Festivalen er for alle nysgerrige familier med børn i alderen 1 - 12 år. Oplev blandt andet forestillingen Cloudbusting, der med introducerer nye lyttere til Kate Bushs eventyrlige univers, Bonkers Kidsrave, der er et minirave kun for børn, for de allermindste præsenterer vi den skøre belgiske opera om Løbenæsen, oplev musik der kun høres gennem tænderne, lydinstallationer, koncerter med musik fra hele verden, workshops og meget mere. Hvor forgår det? Musiktorvet på Øresundsvej er fyldt med aktiviteter og koncerter. Forestillingerne foregår i Amager Bio, BETA, Teater ZeBU, og Børnekulturhus Ama’r, som alle ligger i forbindelse med festivalpladsen. Hvordan gør man? The festival is for all curious families with children aged 1 - 12 years.Experience, among other things, the performance Cloudbusting, which introduces new listeners to Kate Bush's adventurous universe, Bonkers Kidsrave, which is a mini-rave just for children, for the youngest we present the funny Belgian opera Runny Nose, you can experience music that is only heard through the teeth, sound installations, concerts with music from all over the world, workshops and much more.Where does it take place?Musiktorvet on Øresundsvej is full of activities and concerts - here you will also find the festival infobooth, where there will be people to guide you. The performances take place in Amager Bio, BETA, Teater ZeBU, and Børnekulturhus Ama'r, which are all located in connection with the festival site.How do you do it?Buy a festival bracelet at the entrance to the festival or in advance here on the Billetto-PLATFORM - then you have free access to all activities and performances where there is free seats - but only for the one day the ticket is valid for.
