Free entry. 26–30 August 2026 Danish Dance Theatre’s much-loved summer highlight, Dansk Danseteaters Summer Dance, returns from 26–30 August 2026 – this year in a completely new and spectacular setting. The summer event moves to the front of the Opera House on Holmen, overlooking Amalienborg, with the water as a gently rippling backdrop. It offers access to international dance at eye level that can be felt in the body, whether you are encountering dance for the first time or already have it under your skin – in a setting where the city, the audience, and the art come together.

The Metta Breathwork workshop combines three essential elements:- The three life forces in a human Body & Mind (As per the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda health science) — Vata (air), Pitta (fire), and Kapha (earth) and conscious breathing tailored to each participant’s dominating force.- The practice of Metta - a heart opening experience through the practice of loving-kindness and inner connection, focusing on self love and self realisation. - Channelizing life energy. By using intentional breathing techniques through a carefully curated musical journey, participants are guided to experience the natural flow of life energy throughout the body.
