Baby Massage x Kids Kollektive

Join us for a calm and nurturing baby massage session where you and your baby can enjoy quality time together through touch, connection, and sensory experiences.
During the class, your instructor will gently guide you through baby massage techniques, pressure points, and sensory stimulation that you can easily continue at home. Everything is done entirely on your baby's terms, and you're welcome to participate as much or as little as your baby feels comfortable with.
There will also be time to ask questions and receive personal guidance.The session is led by Amira, a Baby Massage instructor, Baby Treatment Practitioner, and Motor Development Instructor from Kids Kollektive. (Babymassør, babybehandler og motorikvejleder)
Benefits of baby massage:
Baby massage is much more than relaxation. Gentle, loving touch stimulates the release of oxytocin, often called the "love hormone," helping your baby feel safe, calm, and connected.Baby massage may also help:
Strengthen the bond between you and your baby. Promote relaxation and improve sleep. Relieve tummy discomfort, gas, and constipation. Ease discomfort during teething. Support healthy sensory and motor development.
Products used during the session:
We will provide you with Najell's Changing Pad to help your baby enjoy the massage on a soft & non-slip surface.
A variety of sensory tools to create a playful and enjoyable introduction to massage, as well as a baby-friendly massage oil, suitable for delicate skin will also be provided.
We recommend bringing:
A muslin cloth. A small baby blanket if your baby tends to get cold easily. Anything else that helps your baby feel comfortable, such as a favorite toy or pacifier.
No previous experience is needed, and all equipment is provided. We look forward to welcoming you and your little one for a relaxing and memorable experience.
