Colours of Food Waste: Seaweed Edition

Join us this August for a summer dinner where the tide dictates both the menu and the canvas.
Co-hosted by @strideworks.co and @getaway_plate, we are gathering on Paper Island to explore the intersection of sustainable dining and coastal craft. For this special summer edition, we're using local seaweed as our primary natural dye and culinary inspiration.
What to expect:
The Art of the Sea: Learn the fundamentals of natural dyeing using seaweed and coastal botanicals from Emma of STRIDEWorks.Hands-on Workshop: Participate in an interactive dyeing session to create your own custom twin napkins, infused with the colors of seaweed.Coastal Flavors: Enjoy a menu of upcycled, seasonal snacks specially crafted by Kiki of Getaway Plate.
